Swimming in Calm Sea

Cold Water Immersion

Cooling down between sauna rounds is an essential part of the experience. Our sauna setup includes a comfortable outdoor space where you can relax and stay refreshed with fresh water provided on-site.

For those feeling adventurous, and depending on the day’s location, you may also have the opportunity to take a dip in the sea, a nearby river, or a loch. This natural contrast therapy not only complements the sauna's heat but also boosts circulation, reduces inflammation, and enhances mental resilience.

If you plan to swim, please note that this is done at your own risk as no lifeguard is present. To enjoy the water at its best, we recommend booking your session a couple of hours either side of high tide, check the tide times here.

Remember to stay hydrated, take time to cool down, and rest between sauna rounds to fully enjoy the benefits of this traditional wellness practice. Whether you’re soaking up the heat or braving the cold, this holistic approach to recovery promises a rejuvenating and invigorating experience.
